We’re Hiring Skilled Trades People Who Will Enjoy Both Working on Construction Projects & Training New Builders in the Craft (Carpentry Skills Required)

CoBuild is a social enterprise that provides both residential and commercial construction

services. Not only do we make beautiful spaces, but we also partner with a non-profit, Emerging Builders, Inc., on all of our construction projects. This partnership provides apprenticeship opportunities for groups who are underrepresented in the construction industry; specifically, women, and Black and Indigenous People of Color. Our work is as much about people as it is about the spaces we create.

As we grow, we are seeking skilled trades people who are able to deliver on both the needs of our clients and our Emerging Builders. Fair warning, this is a tricky balance, that is certainly not for everyone, but to the right people this dual purpose provides an extremely rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Proficiency in carpentry is required but experience with other trades is also preferred. Full and part time positions are available, and wages are highly competitive.
