As our founder, Tate is one of our proud veteran team members. We’re thankful for the many years of experience and skills he brings to the forefront in helping our business grow and evolve. Not only is Tate a great friend, boss,  and mentor Tate listens to the passion that others give off and it amplifies his own passion to this cause. He is family, yet more importantly he is a man of his faith and is not afraid to put God first in everything he does.

Working primarily on the Emerging Builders side of the company, Yahna and Tate go to bat day in and day out to make sure equal opportunity is provided to Women, Black, Indigenous and People of Color in the construction trades.

It didn’t take long for Keenan to make an impact as our new recruit.
